Led by 5 Division 1 seniors Miles Rubin (Loyola), Wes Rubin (UNI), Jalen Griffith (Jacksonville), Kaden Space (Stony Brook), Sam Lewis (Toledo) Simeon won the Chicago city title weeks earlier. Small town (4,700 pop) Metamora lost last season's championship game in double OT so they were ready. Their lone d1 commit is Ethan Kizer (South Alabama).
