The Eagles' defense has been applying pressure 54% of the time this post-season. On top of that, they also have 78 sacks this year, which is the third-best of all time.

We’re expecting Jalen Hurts to be a nightmare for the Chiefs as he is well-equipped to challenge their defence. Hurts, with his NFL-best 123.4 on throws 25 yards or more has shown impressive performance on deep balls. The challenge for the Chiefs, is even if they can stop Hurts through the air, he can be just as lethal with his legs, especially with a defence that has been one of the season’s weakest against rushing yards by quarterbacks.

The biggest matchup in this game is probably going to be Patrick Mahomes against the Eagles pass-rush. Through 19 games, the Eagles have totaled 78 sacks on the season, which is the third-most in NFL history behind only the Bears 1984 and 1985 performances.

Given that this is going to be a close match, the odds on the overall winner are pretty tight. So this might be a difficult one to call. The latest odds at the time of checking are:
