The UFC heads back to Manchester, England for the first time since 2016 for their first live event at the new Co-op Live arena this Saturday, July 27th.
In the main event, we have a welterweight title fight between two of the best welterweights that the UFC has to offer when Leon Edwards sets out to defend his title for a third time when he takes on Belal Muhammad this weekend at UFC 304.
With a great fight night on tap, there are a ton of great bets to be had, so we take a look at the best bets for UFC 304.
Best Odds: Leon Edwards (-250) DraftKings Sportsbook
Leon Edwards makes his third title defense in front of his home crowd when he takes on Belal Muhammad at UFC 304. These two have some unfinished business to attend to after their first encounter ended in a No Contest after an inadvertent eye poke ended the fight.
Since that fight, neither fighter has taken a loss and Edwards as able to obtain the welterweight championship by beating the former champ Kamaru Usman.
In this matchup against Muhammad, Edwards is going to be the much more technical striker at range and he's going to need to utilize his long limbs to keep Muhammad at bay. He will need to pepper him with shots from range as he looks to close distance.
Much like the Usman fight, Muhammad is going to attempt to take this fight to the mat and show well his takedown defense held up in that fight as well as the Covington fight he will be well equipped to do the same in this fight.
As long as Edwards uses his range and keeps this fight on the feet we can see a masterclass in the striking from Edwards to retain his welterweight title.
Best Odds: Manel Kape (+145) DraftKings Sportsbook
Manel Kape and Muhammad Mokaev have some bad blood coming into this matchup after some altercations outside the Octagon.
A motivated Kape is a scary Kape and is going to bring that motivation into the fight looking for the biggest win of his UFC career which could put him in title contention.
It will be up to Kape to ensure that he can't just shoot takedowns will no regard for the power that will coming his way.
If he can defend the takedowns and scramble back to his feet much like Perez did in his last fight with Mokaev we could see yet another knockout on the resume of Kape this weekend at UFC 304.
Best Odds: Oban Elliott (+125) Bet365 Sportsbook
Oban Elliott comes into the second fight of his UFC career when he takes on Preston Parsons in front of the Manchester crowd this weekend at UFC 304.
"The Welsh Gangster" is coming to put a hurting on Parsons much like he does in all of his fights when he steps foot inside there.
He thrives in a high-paced brawl where he shows his toughness and willingness to lay it all out on the line.
While Elliott may not be the level of grappler that Parsons is he certainly can hang with him on the mat and can scramble back to his feet.
Elliott will need to utilize his footwork, his speed, and his boxing to keep away from the cage and if he gets taken down he will need to scramble back to his feet and just pick Parsons apart to get his second win inside the Octagon.
