Have you ever tried to play basketball on a goal without a backboard? I can't say I have and I've never even seen a game being played on a goal without a backboard and if I ever did see one, I would assume they wouldn't have a ref at the game. ?This video is proof that people actually run games on goals like this and actually have refs too.
