Cassius Stanley Takes His Talent To UAA!! NY Session Highlights!

Here's the highlights of Cassius Stanley making his first UAA debut at Basketball City in New York. Cassius averaged 11.8 ppg throughout the whole weekend just trying to get a feel for the new circuit. Alongside his teammates, Miles Norris (2018) has some highlights of him dominating inside the paint with some mean dunks & blocks. Finally, Cassius other teammate, Riley Battin (2018) a power forward that simply gets the job done and is not afraid to take part in any roles. Riley also dominated the paint, frustrating every opponent that goes up against him, and which one of his opponent got it bad in the video!

Michigan State 5-star commit Jaren Jackson Jr. opened his senior season at La Lumiere with a bang.
A high energy rebounder, shot-blocker and skilled finisher at the rim, Jackson showed all his skills as his future college coach Tom Izzo watched in Crown Point, Indiana.
The loaded La Lumiere squad opened its season going 2-0 against area prep schools at the Don Bosco Prep Hub City Classic. In the Preseason FAB 50 powered by www.ebooksnet.com, La Lumiere checked in at No. 2 nationally behind Oak Hill Academy.
The 6'10 17 year old Jackson was the first member of the 2017 MSU recruiting class. Currently ranked 15th (Rivals), 29th (Scout), 22nd (247) and 26th (ESPN 100) overall in the Class of 2017, Jackson Jr has since been joined by 4-star Grand Rapids (Michiga) Christian forward Xavier Tillman.
The other committed senior at La Lumiere is 4-star Michigan commit Jordan Poole. Five-star wing Brian Bowen is on the team, but has not yet picked a school. 2017 Center from Australia Jacob Epperson and 2019 PG Tyger Campbell help round out one of the most devastating lineups in prep hoops.
Over the summer, Jackson averaged 15.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, 1.2 assists and 1.1 steals on 45.5 percent shooting from the field playing for the Spiece Indy Heat alongside Tillman and Tyger Campbell at the Nike EYBL.
Jackson comes from a basketball family as his dad Jaren Sr. starred at Georgetown (1985-1989) and played on multiple NBA teams, including the 1999 NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs and his mom Terri is The WNBA Players Association director of operations.

Considered one of the top 3 juniors in Wisconsin (alongside Michigan-commit Jordan Poole and Wisconsin-commit Kobe King), formerly under-the-radar 6'6 wing Terrence Lewis (Milwaukee Riverside HS) might have the most intriguing upside. He's known to nail corner jumpers as well as finish at the rim.
A long, athletic player, Lewis is a stingy defender, gathering rebounds and blocking shots. As of this week (Jan 30, 2016), Lewis is averaging 23.6 points and 9.6 rebounds per game for the season.
At the moment, Lewis holds D1 offers from Auburn, Bradley, Illinois-Chicago, Milwaukee and Toledo, and we expect the list to grow!
We caught up with Lewis for 2 games at the 11th annual Rick Majerus Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout at Concordia University in Mequon, WI which featured the top teams as well as the top players across the board from the state of Wisconsin.
The first day, Terrence finished with 22 points in Milwaukee Riverside's 67-49 victory over Homestead HS. The next day (also in the video), Lewis scored 30 points (six 3s) in an 89-55 win over De Pere, also from Wisconsin.

Kostas Antetokounmpo Hits Game Winner in MVP Performance! (Brother of Bucks Giannis)

6'10 Kostas Antetokounmpo beat the buzzer with his game winning shot in his best game of the season so far at the 2015 Rick Majerus WBY Shootout at Concordia University (Mequon, WI).
Ultra long and athletic, the younger brother of Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is often criticized for the perceived weaknesses in his game. We'll let the video show how Kostas affects the game each time he steps on the court.
A relative newcomer to basketball, Kostas finished with a game-high 19 points and was named game MVP when his Dominican HS team defeated Kettle Moraine Lutheran 58-56. He blocked numerous shots and was a clear game-changer at both ends of the court.
We look forward to seeing more of Antetokounmpo and his Dominican HS team this school season in in their quest for another Wisconsin state title.

Kobe Bryant has been on the NBA All-Defensive time 12 times - 9 on the 1st and 3 times on the 2nd. He's ranked #14 on the all-time steals list and #1 among active players. So it would be tough for me to tell anyone that Kobe was an underrated defensive player but I can say he was an underrated shot blocker and one of the best shot blocking guards ever. He wasn't was of those guards who only got their blocks on chase-downs either, Kobe was one of those meet you at the rim type guys.

To back up my claim, here's a couple of videos: The one above is a 13 minute mix of Kobe blocking a bunch of NBA Stars - From KD to KG to LeBron to MJ - and below is a 4 minute compilation of Kobe just blocking people - mainly with his left hand?!

Check out 6'7" high flyer Jordan Bell of the Compton Magic & Long Beach Poly high school. Jordan first burst to scene at last year's Pangos All American camp where he blocked everyone and everything being only 6'6 at the time. For the last year and a half we have filmed Jordan on many different occasions and (no exaggeration) he has gotten over 10 blocks at least 1/3 games including a game with 23 blocks and a game with 18.
