The fellas talk about James' decision to call out teammates as the Los Angeles Lakers look to stay relevant in the Western Conference playoff race. Did management screw this up before it ever got started by placing an aging superstar with a young core that is simply not ready to compete for a NBA championship? Did LeBron throw off the time clock for the entire franchise by brining his closing championship window to La La land?

Ron and Dev also break down what it would mean if the NBA allowed high school players to enter the NBA Draft once again as it did before the "One-and-Done" rule was established for the 2006 NBA Draft. They go hard on the pros and cons of the?NBA's proposal to change the draft age from 19 to 18 years old. What does it mean that the league is much younger than it used to be? Will a bunch of unprepared players try to declare for the NBA Draft if a new age requirement is in place by 2022?

I don't know this for sure but I'm willing to bet that Jermaine O'Neal ranks right up there with Karl Malone, Shaq and Alonzo Mourning as players that have caused the most lane violations, been called for the most 10 second violations at the free throw line and been cursed at by the most players while at the line.

Thanks to?Sports Illustrated - Point Forward?we now have this funny video compilation showing many of these instances.

What's funny is O'Neal shoots them quicker when he only has 1 hand.

Speaking of funny O'Neal instances. ?Back in May of 1996, Jermaine O'Neal said he would be entering the NBA draft just like high school standouts Kobe Bryant and Taj McDavid but he also said he was going to take the SAT test TWO(!) more times so he could get the 100 points to qualify for college (South Carolina, Clemson & Kentucky were his top 3 choices). ?On his first of two attempts he showed up to the wrong school and then when it was time for his 2nd attempt he was a no show at the school. ?His mother told the media that he was "out of town" but did not say exactly where he was or why.

Lucky for O'neal, he didn't need the passing SAT score and was able to become a pretty good and very, very rich NBA player...with a very, very frustrating free throw routine.
