The Battle of Florida went down tonight as IMG Academy faced Montverde Academy in the semi-finals of the City of Palms Classic. The game was back and forth with Montverde taking a double digit lead in the second half before IMG made a run to cut things down to 2 before RJ Barrett and Andrew Nembhard sealed the deal for the Eagles. A last second 3 point shot by Florida committ, Isaiah Stokes came off the rim as Montverde defeated IMG 76-70. RJ Barrett scored 30 points for Montverde while Emmitt Williams kept IMG alive with 22 points.
