Trae Young Records FIRST Triple-Double of EYBL! Hampton Raw Highlights!

Session 3 of the Nike EYBL was held at the Boo Williams Sport Complex in Hampton, VA this past weekend and brought in some of the best high school talent in the world. Leading MOKAN Elite to a 4-0 record on the weekend was five-star duo Michael Porter and Trae Young. Porter is a 6'9" small forward with a silky smoothing stroke, while Young is the closest thing to Steph Curry on the high school level! Porter didn't break a sweat the first night as he went off for 30 points and 17 rebounds in a win over the New York Rens. Young outdid his counterpart, recording for the first triple-double of the EYBl session as he tallied 36 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists in one game. Michael Porter & Trae Young Go UNDEFEATED in Brooklyn! EYBL Raw Highlights

The first live period is behind us and if there's one thing we've learned about the EYBL it's that MOKAN Elite may have the best 1-2 combo in AAU. Behind Top 10 recruit Michael Porter and Top 30 recruit Trae Young, Mokan Elite was able to go undefeated while showing they were one of the most efficient teams on the circuit. Both Young and Porter were named to the Brooklyn All-EYBL 1st team. To go along with that, Trae Young was also named the Offensive Player of Session 1 after averaging 24.7 ppg. Michael Porter didn't do bad himself as he averaged 21.7 ppg. Look out for the duo to make some noise this weekend as they visit Indianapolis, IN.
