Patrick Baldwin Jr is the top rated high school sophomore basketball player on most scouting lists. Jalen Johnson is considered one of the top 5 high school juniors in the nation.
They're teammates during AAU season for Phenom U on the Nike Circuit.
At Brookfield Central High School near Milwaukee, the 2 Wisconsin superstars and their high school teams faced off at the sold-out NY2LA Sports Classic.
It was standing room only. The level of play was so high that fans from both sides of the gym cheered in unison.
Baldwin led Sussex Hamilton with 16 points in the first half as they led at halftime.
Jalen Johnson and Nicolet made adjustments. It was a one point game with approx 3:30 remaining but Nicolet pulled away.
Final score Nicolet 78-Sussex 70.
Jalen Johnson finished with 30 points (triple double according to media reports). Patrick Baldwin Jr. 21 points and Tanner Resch 18 points for Sussex in the loss.

We caught the 6'9 15 year old playing up with Phenom U 16U squad at NY2LA Sports' Summer Jam (Mequon, WI).
The last day of the tournament, Baldwin (who's dad Pat Baldwin is head basketball coach at nearby UW-Milwaukee) received an offer from Duke University!

Jalen Johnson is a 6'7 sophomore at Sun Prarie high school in Wisconsin and he's playing AAU ball with Phenom University's 16U EYBL team out of Wisconsin.
Jalen has become one of the top 2020 prospects in the nation with his unique combination of size, versatility, skill and athleticism.
We caught Jalen Johnson in his first AAU tournament of 2018, NY2LA's Swish N Dish (Mequon, WI).
Johnson was a productive scorer, getting to the rim with ease, but also showed his unique court vision and passing ability.
In the end, Phenom University came up just short in the title game but had a successful debut nonetheless.

Tyler Herro 45 Point Triple Double! Kentucky Commit Toys with Trash Talkers!

Tyler Herro watched Whitnall's Wisconsin Divisioin 2 playoff run last season as a junior as he was out with injury.
This season, the Kentucky-bound senior is on FIRE! Opponents are throwing multiple defenders and defenses at Herro and his teammates, but Whitnall is still winning and Herro is putting up monster numbers!
According to Whitnall sources, Tyler Herro finished with 45 points before exiting with 4 minutes to go (31 in the first half) on his way to a triple-double as host Whitnall defeated Bay View 76-52 in their WIAA regional semifinal. Herro grabbed 17 rebounds to go with 12 assists!
All this happened after opposing coaches asked to face Whitnall when the tournament was seeded. You'll see both teams were trash-talking back and forth from the opening tip.
Tyler Herro made 4 3s and hit all 12 free throws. This was his 8th game of 40+ points (in 20 games) this season.
He's averaging over 33 points on the season. Next up Whitnall faces New Berlin Eisenhower who they beat earlier in the season.

Can Football Players Stop Jordan McCabe? Kaukauna vs Kimberly Rivalry Game Highlights!

Jordan McCabe has been leading the Kaukauna Ghosts basketball squad for 4 years now.
The WVU-Commit is an electrifying point guard who draws unmatched attention (from opponents and fans) each time he steps on the court.
Now in his senior year of high school, Jordan and the Ghosts have lofty goals for the season.
In their first big test of the new season, Kaukauna played neighboring rival school Kimberly. Kaukauna may be known for it's basketball program.
Kimberly is known for its high school football program. They've won 70? games in a row which includes this season's state championship.
Many of the players on the basketball squad including the point guard and other starters are star 2 sport athletes.
We'll let the video speak for itself, but this matchup presented many challenges for the ghosts.
In the end, Kimberly prevailed 75-67 led by football quarterback and basketball PG Alec Rosner and their big 3: 6'9 David De Valk, 6'7 Tanner Johnson and 6'5 Levi Nienhaus-Borchert.
Jordan McCabe finished with 31 points in the Ghosts first loss of the season. Kimberly made him earn each point and neither Jordan nor his teammates never got truly in rhythm.

Tyler Herro is widely considered one of the top shooters in the nation. The 6'5 Wisconsin Badgers commit is the top-rated guard in Wisconsin and a top-40 player nationally in the Class of 2018.
Tyler Herro and his Wisconsin Playground EYBL squad faced off against a formidable Cal Supreme EYBL team featuring Arizona commit Shareef O'Neal (Shaq's son) at Bigfoot Hoops' Las Vegas Classic.
For this playoff game, Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal helped coach his son's Cal Supreme squad.
Tyler Herro shot lights out, finishing with 30 points in what would be his final AAU game. In the end, PG Elite came up just short.
Ballislife will continue following Tyler Herro as well as Shareef O'Neal through their senior HS seasons.

Tyler Herro is widely considered the top-rated guard in Wisconsin. A top-40 player nationally in the Class of 2018, 6'5 Tyler Herro is among the top shooters in the nation.
The early Wisconsin-commit and his Wisconsin Playground EYBL squad faced off against a formidable Ramey-Jets United (adidas) team from St. Louis at the NY2LA Sports Summer Jam near Milwaukee, WI during the live period.
Ramey's team is led by 2018 high major commits PG Courtney Ramey (Louisville) and athletic wing Torrence Watson (Ohio State), 2 of Missouri's top high school players.
Torrence Watson scored Ramey's first 9 points, finishing with 24. Spectators were treated to a high level matchup between Tyler Herro and Courtney Ramey, two of the top high school guards in the midwest. In the end, PG Elite prevailed.
Ballislife will continue following Tyler Herro, Courtney Ramey and Torrence Watson through their senior HS seasons.

Tough, Athletic Shooter 6'6 Terrence Lewis Having Breakout Season! (Milwaukee Riverside HS 2017)

Considered one of the top 3 juniors in Wisconsin (alongside Michigan-commit Jordan Poole and Wisconsin-commit Kobe King), formerly under-the-radar 6'6 wing Terrence Lewis (Milwaukee Riverside HS) might have the most intriguing upside. He's known to nail corner jumpers as well as finish at the rim.
A long, athletic player, Lewis is a stingy defender, gathering rebounds and blocking shots. As of this week (Jan 30, 2016), Lewis is averaging 23.6 points and 9.6 rebounds per game for the season.
At the moment, Lewis holds D1 offers from Auburn, Bradley, Illinois-Chicago, Milwaukee and Toledo, and we expect the list to grow!
We caught up with Lewis for 2 games at the 11th annual Rick Majerus Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout at Concordia University in Mequon, WI which featured the top teams as well as the top players across the board from the state of Wisconsin.
The first day, Terrence finished with 22 points in Milwaukee Riverside's 67-49 victory over Homestead HS. The next day (also in the video), Lewis scored 30 points (six 3s) in an 89-55 win over De Pere, also from Wisconsin.

Kostas Antetokounmpo Hits Game Winner in MVP Performance! (Brother of Bucks Giannis)

6'10 Kostas Antetokounmpo beat the buzzer with his game winning shot in his best game of the season so far at the 2015 Rick Majerus WBY Shootout at Concordia University (Mequon, WI).
Ultra long and athletic, the younger brother of Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is often criticized for the perceived weaknesses in his game. We'll let the video show how Kostas affects the game each time he steps on the court.
A relative newcomer to basketball, Kostas finished with a game-high 19 points and was named game MVP when his Dominican HS team defeated Kettle Moraine Lutheran 58-56. He blocked numerous shots and was a clear game-changer at both ends of the court.
We look forward to seeing more of Antetokounmpo and his Dominican HS team this school season in in their quest for another Wisconsin state title.

The 6ft guard guided his Wisconsin Playground Warriors AAU team through last spring and summer, picking up D1 offers from Missouri, UW Green Bay, UW Milwaukee, DePaul and West Virginia along the way.
Our cameras haven't caught a better passer in the Class of 2018 so far.
We look forward to seeing McCabe and his Kaukauna HS team this school season in in their quest for a Wisconsin state title.
