Check out highlights from 2017 UNC commit, Brandon Huffman, a 6'9" center from Word of God Christian Academy. Huffman looks to contribute right away next season for Coach Roy Williams as the Tar Heels lost seniors Isaiah Hicks, Kennedy Meeks along with freshman Tony Bradley also deciding to stay in the draft. This is going to leave the Tar Heels with a shallow front court of only Luke Maye as a scholarship post player. During his final AAU season, Huffman ran with Team Loaded NC while also earning a spot on the Adidas US Select Team that competed in Treviso, Italy. Along with big men commits Sterling Manley and Garrison Brown, the Tar Heels hope their young front court can contribute from day 1.

Oak Hill Academy Goes 2-0 at Phenom National Showcase! Fab 50 #1 Team Full Game Highlights!

The Ballislife Fab 50 rankings done by Ronnie Flores just named Oak Hill their new no. 1 in the rankings this week. Last night the Warriors opened their season on the road against Word of God Christian Academy at the Phenom National Showcase and they backed up their new status as no. 1. Led by seniors Matt Coleman, Billy Preston, Tyshon Alexander, and Devontae Shuler, the Warriors had to claw their way back into the game as they faced a deficit until the fourth quarter. Word of God was led by UW commit Blake Harris and UNC commit Brandon Huffman as they continually found each other for a big-time dunk. EPIC Showdown in the 919 as Garner Hosts Word of God! Full Game Recap!

Last night brought out all of Garner and south Raleigh as the Trojans of Garner High School took on the Holy Rams from Word of God. This would be an endowment game between the two schools as both left everything they had on the line. Garner was led by Thomas Allen and Andrew Abrom while the Rawle Alkins and Brandon Huffman put the Rams on their back. It was a back and forth all game all the way up until the last shot, which was ultimately missed by senior Rawle Alkins. Thomas Allen led Garner with 30 points while Alkins posted 26 in the loss. Others included in this recap are Jaylen Fornes, Blake Harris, Jalen Harris, DK Simmons, Omari Harris, Alex Reed, Nick Kuhns, and Andrew Abrom. Check out the full game highlights here!
