On the top level of the Pagoda was his biggest opponent ever, the American Kareem Abdul Jabbar.<\/p>\n<p>As Derrick Rose prepares for his return to the NBA, where he will have to challenge, one-by-one, the best guards in the league and remind fans that he belongs at the top of the list, he has been travelling the world promoting his Adidas shoes. \u00a0The last stop on his journey was in Japan and it was there, in front of 8,000 fans, that he had to face off against a many different ballers that he has never faced off against \u00a0including Dragons, Asian school girls, Asian children and masters of Sumo, Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu and other forms of Japanese martial arts in the \"1 Against 100\" event.<\/p>\n<div class=\"omc-video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"width:100%; height: 100%\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hQUBdsrcV-Y\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen width=\"600\" height=\"420\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Check out the amusing gallery below and then some bonus clips including Kareem fighting Bruce Lee and Kobe Bryant in the Bruce Lee documentary <strong>I Am Bruce Lee<\/strong>. \u00a0If you are into Japanese martial arts I highly suggest you check out the <strong>Zatoichi <\/strong>(especially the Beat Kitano version)\u00a0and <strong>Lone Wolf and Cub<\/strong>\u00a0films and avoid the US version \"Shogun Assassin\" made famous by the <strong>GZA's Liquid Swords<\/strong> album and the film <strong>Kill Bill 2<\/strong>.
