In this video we ask Damian Lillard if he knew any up & coming kids to look out for in his home town Oakland, CA. He didn't name anyone, but gave us a great response in telling us players shouldn't worry about the highlights of the game, but more so on playing the game & getting better at it. Damian goes on to talk about how if someone's going to make a mixtape out of your game, let them, but all that extra stuff(looking at, playing for the camera) has got to go. We could not have agreed more with what he had to say because our job at Ballislife is to capture the game and share the best moments.

A lot of the kids look up to Damian Lillard & will hear out what he has say. Hopefully this message could spark a positive change in the basketball world.

Here's Paris Austin & Ivan Rabb who are teammates at Bishop O'dowd HS in Oakland, CA. Look out for more of Paris & Ivan this year on Ballislife!
